Aims:
The purpose of the KPIs is to provide measures of performance and progress towards institutional goals.

Objectives:
To develop the framework of key performance indicators (KPIs).
To implement associated processes of performance indicators.

The four strategic targets:
1. Producing graduates of high quality.
2. Ensuring high quality teaching and learning processes.
3. Strengthening the teaching-research nexus.
4. Providing diversified learning experiences for students.

The Implementation Stages includes:

• Stage 1: Establishing KPI
1.     Academic Affairs:
Faculty members inspire,  advise  and mentor students. Staff provides support services, an attractive and safe learning environment.
